It is important to note that the Holocaust did not start with the Nazis unflinchingly shoving Jews into ovens. The targeting of Jews for extermination was a prolonged process that began with narrative-driven enmity, pitting citizen against citizen.
Widely distributed propaganda included charges that Jews were responsible for world wars, economic hardship, and other issues. It was further alleged that Jews were even physically dangerous—culpable for the spread of typhus.
The point was to first dehumanize and “other” the Jews in order to justify the actions that were to be taken against them. Once citizens had been programmed to accept that Jews were untermenschen (subhuman) and unclean, the population became more amenable to overlook the ruthless acts inflicted upon them.
Some citizens became willing participants in committing atrocities against Jews for “the greater good.” These opportunists seized positions of power and exploited calamity in order to amass wealth and/or satisfy a twisted defect in their nature.
“The good German” looked away, signaling tacit approval of anti-Jew rhetoric and action, while the indignant patriot joined the resistance.
Society became fractured.
A campaign of social isolation against the Jews of Europe was followed by actions including physical quarantine, forced participation in medical experiments, and ultimately the discharge of “The Final Solution”—the wholesale destruction of an entire race of men, women and children.
The Arrival
It is by no means the intent of this piece to in any way diminish or trivialize the atrocities of the Holocaust. The horrors inflicted upon European Jews is unequaled in the annals of modern history. But in order for Never Again to have any true value or meaning, we must have the capability to recognize Again and act with resolve when she presents at our doorstep.
Today, we must acknowledge that an evil scourge has darkened our community—Again. Donning the cloak of COVID in an effort to conceal her true form, Again’s intent is always the same—the accumulation of wealth and power. And she will amass her treasure through an authoritative campaign of control and subjugation, declaring freedom as privilege rather than natural right.
Again will exploit freedom as both reward and punishment, providing and withdrawing it at will. She will create the illusion of altruism when dispensing freedom. But this is no less the act of a thief returning valued possessions once stolen from an unassuming victim.
Again’s true nature is that of a pickpocket who pilfers from the oblivious before disappearing into the night. And once these riches are stolen, they can never be retrieved by her victims in their entirety. The monogramed, leather wallet may be returned, but the wealth within it will have been extracted.
In order to impose her will, however, Again must first create division within the masses—a task best accomplished through the exploitation of a scapegoat class. In the late 1920s through the 40s, Again had fomented fear and hatred against the Jews of Europe. Today, the calumny she incites targets those unvaccinated against COVID-19. And as before, Again will censor, imprison, torture, and kill those who attempt to oppose her.
The False Promise
Under Nazi rule, Jews transported to concentration camps were met upon arrival by signage promising “Arbeit Macht Frei” (Work Will Set You Free).
Today’s promise assures a different kind of freedom—that those inoculated against COVID will be protected from becoming infected or transmitting the disease. We are also told that the jabbed will be exempt from wearing masks and be precluded from physical isolation and restriction of movement.
But, just as forced labor never released hopeful inmates from concentration camps, compulsory inoculations have not freed the jabbed from a veritable prison of autocratic pandemic policies.
Freedom is never gained through an extended workload, nor is it won through an ever-expanding schedule of forced injections and mask compliance.
By 1942, some labor camps had altered their Work Will set You Free slogan to one that was more befitting these horrific facilities. These camps adopted an unofficial policy known as Vernichtung durch Arbeit (‘Extermination through labour’). Jews would be literally worked to death, then replaced with fresh arrivals.
Facing Reality
Under Nazi rule, more than 800,000 Jews died from the affects of overwork, including injuries, infection, fatigue, malnutrition and disease.
Rational Jews with keen instinct became appropriately alarmed upon hearing rumors of death camps circulating in Jewish ghettos. They did not insist on first seeing smoke billowing from the stacks at Auschwitz before coming to acknowledge the reality of The Final Solution. It was not necessary for their nostrils to first detect the odor of burning flesh, nor their ears hear the screams of surgically scarred children in order for them to understand the terminal intent of their oppressors.
These sober self-preservationists fled Germany for safer destinations while they could. The unfortunates who were slow to recognize what was to come (or had no practical means of escape) resisted deportation to death camps in desperate actions of defiance, such as the Warsaw Ghetto uprising.
Still others were profoundly hypnotized by their own denial and/or optimism. They attributed rumors of crematoriums and forced medical experiments to conspiracy theory, hyperbole, hoax, and paranoia. “Surely such atrocities couldn’t possibly be happening,” they assured themselves and others. “Everything will be fine,” they insisted, even as they were being herded into cattle cars.
The fate of these Jews has been well-documented.
The New Normal
In his piece Pathologized Totalitarianism 101, Novelist CJ Hopkins describes the New Normal as Naziism in a different context.
. . . pseudo-medical official narrative, rendering itself immune to political opposition . . . And, thus, its classic totalitarian features — e.g., the revocation of basic rights and freedoms, centralization of power, rule by decree, oppressive policing of the population, demonization and persecution of a ‘scapegoat’ underclass, censorship, propaganda, etc. — are not hidden, because they are impossible to hide, but are recontextualized in a pathologized official narrative.
The Untermenschen become “the Unvaccinated.” Swastika lapel pins become medical-looking masks. Aryan ID papers become ‘vaccination passes.’ Irrefutably senseless social restrictions and mandatory public-obedience rituals become ‘lockdowns,’ ‘social distancing,’ and so on. The world is united in a Goebbelsian total war, not against an external enemy (i.e., a racial or political enemy), but against an internal, pathological enemy.
There are those who will proudly participate in the New Normal, reveling in the opportunity to sacrifice for “the good of the state.” Yesterday’s Nazi is today’s Covidist is tomorrow’s Climatist. The tile and cause are incidental—it is allegiance to the State that is most important. Narratives are simply presented as banners around which to rally—marketing campaigns for totalitarians, created and honed with the goal of disposing of liberties and freedoms.
The recitation of oaths and ritualistic displays of allegiance to the State are normalized and expected. Expected not only by the oppressors, but by the willingly oppressed. In ceding freedoms to the collective, capitulators feel entitled to a position of moral superiority over resistors. And they wield their morality like a sword, striking at those who refuse to bend knee to the will of tyrants.
However, as author Robert Anton Wilson notes, “The obedient always think about themselves as virtuous, rather than cowardly.”
The Last Sacrifice
There is a universal understanding that compounding acts of self-sacrifice have a reciprocal effect of exponentially elevating one’s status in the New Normal.
And what greater sacrifice can be made in the New Normal than the oblation of children to the State?
Decades ago, German parents proudly fit their children for Hitler Youth uniforms as the regime greedily absorbed their blood offering. Today, parents mask their children and subject them to injections of hazardous and deadly COVID serums—ostensibly, for the greater good.
And just as a German mother displayed on her fireplace mantle photos of her son posing in his paramilitary uniform, the mother of a jabbed minor proudly posts on social media photos of her child being inoculated. But neither sacrifice is for the good of the child—it is the family that benefits. In displaying a photo of her ultimate gift to the State, the mother has provided evidence of her loyalty to the regime. Her family will be spared from the harshest outcomes of tyranny—for now.
The problem is that Again is predictable in her finale, and in the end there is no penultimate sacrifice. Tributes to the State must be offered in perpetuity, and when there is nothing left to give, the reckoning will be profound.

In the post, the writer says that he was forced onto a bus with blacked-out windows by armed guards for a two-hour ride to the quarantine camp. Inmates are allegedly forced to take the vaccine, but also tested regularly and watched by cameras and armed guards. Detainees are charged $2,500 for their two-week involuntary stay. Although the inmates have internet, which is presumably monitored, GPS is blocked, making them unable to determine exactly where they are.  Although Jewish, Abraham Gancwajch was an all-out supporter of the Nazis. He believed they would win World War II, so he encouraged his fellow Jews to join the Nazis as a survival tactic. Gancwajch was known for engaging in smuggling activities and other illegal businesses that helped him live like a king within the Jewish Ghetto. The killing of 6 million Jewish persons and 9 million “others”—could only have been accomplished through a buy-in into a twisted philosophical anthropology. Science alone could not accomplish this destruction, because science never stands alone. So, although we may not kill persons, we may kill animals, vegetables, and subhumans. What the Nazis needed was a philosophy to define out of lives inconvenient to the goals of the Race, and then science to do the killing. This is why the Holocaust can be deemed a “bioethical assault” on human personhood.
The physicians who actively aided the Holocaust believed that they were practicing “good science.” But scientific truth alone does not “grasp” the reality of life, and if we believe it so, we are further on the road to what the late Jean Bethke-Elshtain called “scientific fundamentalism.” Physicians and health care professionals must, therefore, remember the Holocaust, but remember, as Pope John Paul II said on his visit to Yad Vashem, to “remember with a purpose.”
